Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated for unopened or damaged items based on submitted request details and applicable consumer law.
Request Window
Please submit refund requests within 14 calendar days of delivery confirmation.
Right of Withdrawal
For distance purchases, consumers in the EU may have a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days, subject to legal exceptions and product condition rules.
Where Dutch or EU consumer law grants stronger rights than this policy, statutory rights will apply.

Processing Time
Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible.
